Love everything about this place! (Been here over 10 times now probably) Food is delicious, drinks are great too, especially the coffee. Everything is prepared very quickly. Staff is kind and patient.
Lovely caffe- the lattes never disappoint. First time coming to an in-store location as we normally doordash our orders at work, but this was a lovely reprieve before work and a nice environment for a coffee catch-up with old friends. The pastries are good, but the coffee is great! I recommend the pain au chocolat as well as the black sesame latte. Unexpectedly good flavours!
A good friend and I picked Tatte in Clarendon as an easy spot to grab a bite and catch up. It was a good choice as we found a prime seat outside that had a great view of passersby and the bustling activity and energy of this walkable community. As usual the food was fresh and made to order. The weather was the perfect backdrop for a lovely early dinner.
Wow, this is such a great spot for coffee and desserts! It's a large shop with plenty of seating, and it’s cozy and clean. The outdoor seating area is spacious and inviting. The coffee is some of the best I’ve had in DC, and I really enjoyed it
Nice bistro Crowded on weekends because it's like stepping into a really nice giant Parisian bakery. A counter full of delightful treats and elegant espresso drinks. The dining room is a little random but hospitable, it assumes civilized patrons. There's a distinct Mediterranean and North African flair; shakshuka in several varieties plays host. Lamb meatballs, vegetarian and other versions are there. It's subtle in a halal nature and that lebneh is good. It's good, it's not only nourishing the belly but the soul.
I really would like to investigate this place further. We have enjoyed their pastries, coffee, I had an underwhelming salmon dish, but my husband had a delicious beef dish that we would like to return to try again. Looking at the menu now, it must have been the beef rib. It was tender and delicious. We recently enjoyed a tart cherry and cheese pastry. Their coffee was good, but quite small, so the last time we chose a latte at Lifetime next door.
Had a late brunch at Tatte Bakery & CafeClarendon. Ordered Fresh mozzarella Sandwiches and iced blood orange hibiscus Tea( served without sugar). Both were delicious. Sandwich was very fresh, tea very energetic. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
I just loved that place! It was one of the best bakery I’ve been to in my life. From atmosphere to the great service, everything was amazing! I ordered a delicious panini-fig sandwich and my friend a turkey BLT! For dessert we had coffee caramel mousse and blueberry cheesecake. We definitely are going come back!
